Born in a rich businessman’s house, studied well and at the age of just 13 became the owner of a legacy worth billions of rupees.

But later this person was also declared the world’s most dangerous terrorist. We are talking about the most wanted terrorist – Osama bin Laden.

Osama bin Laden, also known as Osama ibn Ladin, was born on 10 March 1957 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Bin Laden was not only the founder of the terrorist Islamic organization al-Qaeda but also the mastermind of several terrorist attacks against the United States.

This includes 9/11 in the US and the attack on the Pentagon near Washington, DC.

How was bin Laden’s life before becoming a terrorist?

Osama bin Laden was born into a business family. Father’s name was Mohammad bin Awad bin Laden and mother’s name was Hamida al-Attas.

Osama’s father was a wealthy construction businessman from Saudi Arabia.

His company has become one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East. The bin Laden family also had close ties to the Saudi royal family.

Osama studies.

Osama bin Laden studied business administration at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. It is believed that this is where Osama’s interest began to connect with religious fundamentalists.

Bin Laden studied religion under armed leader Sheikh Abdullah Azam. He was strongly influenced by his thoughts.

The birth of al Qaeda.

Shortly after the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in 1979, bin Laden joined several radical Muslim groups.

To help the Afghan fighters, bin Laden first reached Peshawar in Pakistan and started providing them with financial help.

Bin Laden helped the families of Arab-Afghans and for this, he established a group. This group was named – Al Qaeda.

After the withdrawal of the Soviet Union from Afghanistan in 1989, bin Laden returned to Saudi Arabia to take over the family business.

Al Qaeda was to be made a big organization and for this, bin Laden started raising funds. Gradually, Al Qaeda transformed from a small group into a global group.

Al Qaeda’s head office was Afghanistan and its members were present in 35 to 60 countries.

Terrorist training camps started.

To strengthen his organization, Osama started training camps for terrorists. Osama’s first target was to expel Americans from Muslim countries.

In the year 1993, Osama’s biggest terrorist attack happened on America’s World Trade Center.

Osama has always made Americans his target. Once in 1995, Al Qaeda blasted bombs outside the US Embassy in Nairobi and Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

When Osama’s country was expelled from Sudan, he left for Afghanistan with his 10 children and three wives.

Here he declared Jihad against the American forces. In 1998, a US court convicted bin Laden on charges of attacking the embassy and placed a $5 million reward on him.

Osama became the most wanted terrorist.

In 1999, Osama was included in the list of the world’s 10 most wanted terrorists. On September 11, 2001, Al-Qaeda attacked the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing nearly 3,000 people.

After this attack, the US government launched several major operations in Afghanistan to search for Osama.

In the late night of February 2-3, 2011, America’s secret operation was launched and he was killed in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
