Volkan Bozkir Made Big Statement About The Kashmir Issue. The President of the United Nations General Assembly made a big statement about the Kashmir issue.

Volkan Bozkir, President of the United Nations General Assembly, has strengthened India’s position on the Kashmir issue. It has been said that India and Pakistan should settle this issue through dialogue.

The Simla Agreement was signed between the two countries in 1972 to resolve the issue in this way. Therefore, there is no need to interfere with any third party.

Bojkir said this in response to a question asked on the Kashmir issue. Said, the role of the United Nations in the Jammu and Kashmir issue will be decided according to the resolutions of the Security Council.

In this issue, the Simla Agreement signed between the two countries in 1972 is very important. It clearly states that the Jammu and Kashmir issue will be resolved peacefully between the two countries.

Volkan Bozkir is a Turkish diplomat and political leader. He has been serving as the President of the United Nations General Assembly since 2020.

The Simla Agreement was signed in 1972 between Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India, and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the Pakistani Prime Minister.

It talks about resolving the Jammu and Kashmir issue through dialogue by both countries. The agreement also talks about abstaining from the interference of any third party.

Bozkir said he calls upon the parties associated with Jammu and Kashmir to come forward and find a peaceful solution to the issue through dialogue.

He Said that he favors and supports diplomacy with dialogue. India and Pakistan are keen to resolve their problems through dialogue.

When I go to Pakistan, I will give the same answer to any such question there. Bojkir said that he would travel to Bangladesh and Pakistan later this month.

But earlier India trip has been postponed due to bad condition of corona infection there.

Jaishankar said in the meeting of G7 Foreign Ministers- India will play its responsibility in the fight against Corona.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Wednesday said that the corona epidemic can be tackled only through vaccination and diversified production and India will play its part in achieving these goals.

Giving information about several thought-provoking dialogues in the meeting of the G-7 Foreign and Development Ministers, Jaishankar said that at a time when the geopolitical system is changing rapidly, more transparency is very important.
