The echo of rising inflation in the country is being heard in Parliament. During the second phase of the Budget Session of Parliament, there was a huge uproar in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.
Leaders of opposition parties created a ruckus over the increased prices of petrol, diesel, and LPG. Due to this, the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha had to be adjourned till 12 noon.

During the budget session, PM Modi held a meeting in Parliament to discuss the government’s strategy and many different issues.
Union ministers Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nirmala Sitharaman, and Nitin Gadkari attended the meeting.
Earlier, TMC MP Dola Sen has given suspension notice in Rajya Sabha to discuss the issue of rising prices of petrol-diesel and LPG.
Congress MP Manickam Tagore has also given Adjournment Motion Notice in Lok Sabha to discuss the sudden hike in the price of LPG cylinders.
Discussion on these issues is possible in Rajya Sabha.
On the other hand, the work of the Ministry of Labor and Employment is likely to be discussed in the Upper House Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.
Apart from this, further discussion on the Ministry of Railways will continue in the Rajya Sabha. The issue was raised by Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Prasanna Acharya last week.
Apart from this, on Tuesday, Union Ministers Rao Inderjit Singh, Pankaj Choudhary, Bhagwant Khutba, Dharati Pawar, Shantanu Thakur, and Munjapara Mahendrabhai will present the report of the Standing Committees on Commerce, Energy, Finance.
Discussion regarding the budget of Jammu and Kashmir is also possible today.
Petrol, diesel, and LPG prices increased.
The issue of petrol-diesel and expensive LPG may arise in the Rajya Sabha.
Let us inform you that on Tuesday, the prices of petrol and diesel have been increased by 80 paise per liter while the price of domestic LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 50.
Petrol and diesel prices have increased in the country after 137 days. Earlier, fuel prices were hiked on November 4.
Now the price of petrol in the capital Delhi is Rs 96.21 per liter while the price of diesel has gone up to Rs 87.47 per liter.
At the same time, the price of LPG cylinders in Delhi and Mumbai has gone up to Rs 949.50.
