NCB witness Prabhakar Sail dies of heart attack, this was a big disclosure: Aryan Khan Drugs Case.

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) witness in the Aryan Khan drugs case Prabhakar Sail died on Friday.

According to information received from Sail’s lawyer Tushar Khandare, Prabhakar Sail died of a heart attack on Friday at his residence in Chembur.

Another witness in the SAIL Mumbai cruise ship raid case was the personal bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi.

He had leveled corruption charges against Gosavi and NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede.

According to the information received, Prabhakar Cell was the main witness of the agency in this case.

Prabhakar had listened to all the conversations about money transactions and claimed a transaction of 25 crores.

Out of which Rs 8 crore was for the earlier investigating officer Sameer Wankhede. However, due to political controversy, Sameer Wankhede had denied these allegations.

Thereafter he was transferred. In its affidavit, Sail had claimed that Kiran Gosavi had spoken to Sam D’Souza.

In this conversation, Gosavi told Sam that you have planted a bomb of 25 crores, and finalized it in 18 because out of this 8 crores have to be given to Sameer Wankhede.

Significantly, the NCB team had busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia cruise ship, which was en route to Goa on October 2, 2021.

A total of 20 people, including Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, were arrested in this case.

Nawab Malik raised the question.

Prabhakar had claimed that Aryan Khan’s lawyer Gosavi had also met Pooja Dadlani and had also promised to pay Rs 50 lakh for Aryan Khan’s release.

After this claim, NCP minister Nawab Malik raised questions about the investigation of NCB.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker Tajinder Bagga for threatening to kill the party’s national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
