PAK Army: 5 TTP terrorists killed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Pakistani military has announced that five militants belonging to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorist group were killed during a security operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The military’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations said in a statement that security forces acted on two intelligence inputs in Mir Ali and Khisur areas of North Waziristan on Sunday, Xinhua reported.

The statement said that two militant commanders were among those killed. The Pakistani army has carried out several operations against terrorist groups in North Waziristan, bordering Afghanistan.
