Later he was deported to Pakistan, and in Pakistan also he remained in jail for many days. Pakistan even refused to recognize him.

According to Ismail al-Hindi, this period was very difficult, but then the foundation of the Islamic State was laid in Khorasan with the mercy of Allah and after coming out of jail, he somehow reached Khorasan and settled in the Mamand area of ​​Nangarhar.

Khorasan Vilayahi started giving technical training to the mujahidin coming from outside at the behest of the high command.

On July 16, 2019, Ismail had gone to Thowheedabad to feed his family, but then the US military carried out drone strikes in which 10 fighters including Ismail al-Hindi were killed.
