On Monday, he also discussed with the Director-General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Dilbag Singh.

Earlier on Monday, in the meeting of the central agencies, there was brainstorming on all the situations. Based on this, a detailed report will be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Sources said that senior officials of central intelligence agencies, the Army, and the intelligence wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police were present in Monday’s meeting.

Sources said that this was also discussed in the meeting held between Director General of Police Dilbag Singh and NIA Director-General Kuldeep Singh and other officials on Tuesday morning.

During this, on October 5, the Kashmiri Hindu chemist Makhan Lal Singh Badru, a Bihar handcartman, Virendra Paswan, and taxi driver Mohammad Shafi were killed.

The terrorists also killed two non-Muslim teachers, Supinder Kaur and Deepak Chand, in a school in Srinagar on October 7.

It was agreed to hand over the investigation to the NIA.

Apart from these, the investigation of four workers of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in Kulgam and Pulwama and two civilian killings in Srinagar on October 2 will remain with the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

However, the final decision on this will be taken by the Home Ministry only. At present, the NIA and the Jammu and Kashmir Police are sending their reports to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
