Ranjita Ranjan’s Big Charge: G-23 Conspiracy Against Congress

Ranjita Ranjan’s big charge: G-23 conspiracy against Congress for Rajya Sabha seat.

Senior Congress leader and former MP Ranjita Ranjan said on Saturday that a group of disgruntled leaders of the G-23 ie is plotting against the party only to get a Rajya Sabha seat.

Talking to the leading news agency, she said that some people are only criticizing the party for getting the Rajya Sabha seat, while the party has given these leaders more than they deserved.

Significantly, there was a gathering of disgruntled Congress leaders in Jammu on Saturday.

Ranjita Ranjan further said that such behavior of senior party leaders before the assembly elections in five states seems like a conspiracy.

She said that these leaders say that for the last 30 years, the Congress party has been steadily declining. They should be questioned whether they are not responsible for this.

She further said that it is wrong to accuse the Gandhi family of the weakness of the Congress party.

Ranjit Ranjan alleged that these G23 leaders were responsible for the downfall of the Congress, as they were all young leaders at that time.

Today, when young leaders need the guidance and work of these senior leaders together, these G23 leaders are speaking out against the party on a public platform.

She also alleged that a ‘peace conference’ was organized in Jammu and Kashmir to speak against the party.

Senior Congress leaders Kapil Sibal and Anand Sharma said on Saturday that the G-23 is seeing the Congress party weakening and raising its voice for the betterment of the party.

The ‘Peace Conference’ program has been organized after the ‘North-South’ remarks of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

This statement led to controversy and the former Congress President was severely criticized. The gathering of disgruntled leaders took place at a time when Rahul is campaigning in Tamil Nadu.
