Happiest Minds to be listed on NSE and BSE today, IPO gets bumper support. Happiest Minds Technologies, an IT services company, will make its market debut today. Happiest Minds completed its initial public offering (IPO) last week with notable success.

The IPO was taken over by investors and received 151 times more subscriptions. The company aims to raise Rs 702 crore through this IPO. The issue size of this IPO is 2.33 crore shares. At the same time, the company has received bids for 351 crore shares.

The company had set a price band of Rs 165–166 per share for this IPO. The IPO received 70.94 times the subscription in the retail investors category. At the same time, it received 77.43 times the subscription in the category of qualified institutional buyers. On the other hand, it was subscribed 351.46 times in the category of non-institutional investors.

66.2 lakh new shares will be issued under this IPO. At the same time, 356.6 lakh shares will be issued through the offer of sale. With this IPO, the promoters’ stake in the company will be reduced from 62 per cent to 53 per cent.

Stock market, Sensex, Nifty both open with decline in red mark

The Sensex closed up 258.50 points on the previous trading day at the level of 39032.85 and the Nifty gained 82.75 points to open at 11604.55. Today, the stock market started with a decline on Thursday, the fourth trading day of the week. Bombay Stock Exchange’s flagship index Sensex opened down 191.11 points at 39111.74 level.

At the same time, the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty lost 70 points to open at 11534.55 level. The Sensex closed up 258.50 points on the previous trading day at the level of 39032.85 and the Nifty gained 82.75 points to open at 11604.55.

Among the heavyweights, shares of Doc Reddy, Zee Limited, Britannia, Grasim and ONGC opened on the green mark today. IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, Wipro, Tata Motors and UPL shares opened at the red mark.
