Gionee is going to return to India with smartphones priced below Rs 6,000. Smartphone manufacturer Gionee had declared itself bankrupt in the year 2018 and after this, the company launched Gionee F205 Pro in February 2019. But now the company is preparing to make a big comeback in the smartphone industry and the company is about to re-enter the market with a new entry-level smartphone.
This disclosure is not from the company but from the teaser revealed through the e-commerce website Flipkart. In this teaser, it has been told that Gionee will launch its new entry-level smartphone Gionee Max in India on August 25 and the special thing related to its price has also been revealed.
E-commerce website Flipkart has released a microsite regarding the launch of Gionee Max, the upcoming smartphone of the cellphone maker and the site has been informed that Gionee Max will be launched in India on August 25 at 2 pm. It has also been clarified that the price of the upcoming smartphone will be less than Rs 6,000.
Apart from this, it has also been indicated that the Max i.e. big battery will be used in it. The listing on Flipkart also makes it clear that Gionee Max will be made available for sale through Flipkart, an e-commerce website exclusively in India. However, its features have not been revealed yet. It is expected that in the coming time, information related to new features will also be shared through Flipkart.
By the way, Gionee has made users wait only for the smartphone segment, while the company had recently launched three smartwatches under the wearable segment. At the same time, the company launched its smartphone K6 in China this year, which is the company’s affordable device. It has a 6.2-inch HD + display with Waterdrop Notch. This smartphone has been introduced on the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset and has a 4,350mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
