CM Yogi Adityanath orders for investigation in the murder of Babar. Babar was beaten to death after he distributed sweets on the victory of the BJP in Kushinagar.

CM Yogi Adityanath has become very strict in the matter of beating Babur, a youth of Kushinagar, who is celebrating the victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed deep grief over Babar’s death as well as expressed condolences to the family members and ordered an inquiry into the matter soon.

CM Yogi Adityanath has directed that the investigation should be fair and no laxity should be done with any guilty.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep grief over the death of Babar on Sunday night after the incident of March 20 in Kushinagar.

CM Yogi Adityanath said that the episode of the beating of Babar in Kushinagar, the place of Mahaparinirvana of Mahatma Buddha, is highly condemnable.

CM Yogi Adityanath orders for investigation: Along with condoling the death of Babur, the Chief Minister also expressed condolences to the bereaved family members.

He has directed the Kushinagar SP for an immediate and fair investigation into the matter.

Along with this, the top officials of the government and the police department have been directed to keep an eye on the investigation. Babur was a resident of the Kathgharhi village of Kushinagar.

It is worth mentioning that on March 20, in Kushinagar, a Muslim youth Babar was beaten up for campaigning for the BJP and distributing sweets if the BJP got a majority.

After the beating, Babur was thrown from the roof. After this, he was admitted to the hospital in critical condition by the family members, where he died on Sunday.

When the body of the young man reached the village, the angry family members and the people of the village refused to perform the last rites.

On the day of the counting of votes on March 10, after the BJP got an absolute majority in UP, Babar distributed sweets in the entire village.

According to family members, the Pattidars living in the neighborhood were angry that Babar was campaigning for the BJP.

Those people had many times forbade Babur from campaigning for BJP.

It is alleged that Babar appealed to many officials from the Ramkola police station for protection, but his request was turned down.

Babur was first admitted to the district hospital, then to Lucknow for treatment. He died during treatment.

Babar’s wife has filed a case against the accused in Ramkola police station. When Babar’s body reached the village on March 27, people got angry.

People refused to cremate the dead body. Regional MLA PN Pathak reached the spot along with the administrative officials and gave the assurance, after which the family agreed to perform the last rites.

BJP MLA PN Pathak said that the accused will not be spared at any cost, whoever did this act, their race will not think to do it again.

Kushinagar police tweeted that on the basis of the complaint of Babur’s wife in this case, on March 21, two accused have been arrested and sent to jail.

The exploratory proceedings are still going on in this case.
