Ruckus in West Bengal Assembly over Birbhum violence, five BJP MLAs including Suvendu suspended.

The last day of the budget session of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly was very uproar.

The ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) and main opposition BJP legislators clashed and scuffled inside the House over the violence at Rampurhat in Birbhum district.

Even the clothes of the BJP MLA were torn. The BJP has alleged that TMC MLAs lost their cool and scuffled when they demanded a discussion on the Birbhum issue in the Assembly.

During this, BJP chief whip and MLA Manoj Tigga were assaulted in the assembly. After this, the BJP MLAs staged a walkout from the house.

It is being told that TMC MLA Asit Majumdar has also reportedly suffered a nose injury in this scuffle. He has been taken to SSKM Hospital.

At the same time, after this incident of violence in the assembly, five BJP MLAs have been suspended, including Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Suvendu Adhikari, Manoj Tigga, Shankar Ghosh, Deepak Barman, and Narhari Mahto.

West Bengal Assembly Speaker Biman Bandyopadhyay on Monday suspended five Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs, including Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari, for their alleged indecent conduct in the House.

The Speaker has suspended BJP MLAs Deepak Burman, Shankar Ghosh, Manoj Tigga, and Narhari Mahto, besides Adhikari, for all the upcoming sessions of 2022.

Earlier, legislators of the ruling Trinamool Congress and the saffron party clashed in the House on Monday.

BJP legislators demanded Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s statement on the alleged “deteriorating” law and order situation in the state.

Around 25 BJP MLAs led by Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Suvendu Adhikari staged a walkout from the Assembly and claimed that several MLAs of his party were assaulted by TMC MLAs inside the House.

State minister Firhad Hakim told reporters that the BJP was playing a drama to create anarchy in the assembly. He said that some MLAs of his party were also injured in the scuffle inside the house.

8-10 BJP MLAs were assaulted: Suvendu.

On Monday, the Leader of the Opposition and BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari on the incident scuffle in the Bengal Assembly said, MLA is not safe even inside the house.

At least 8-10 of our MLAs, including our Chief Whip Manoj Tigga, were assaulted by Trinamool MLAs in the Assembly, as we were demanding Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s statement on the law and order issue.

On the other hand, Trinamool Congress leader and state minister Firhad Hakim told reporters that BJP is playing drama to create chaos in the assembly.

Some of our MLAs in the house have been injured, he said. We condemn this act of the BJP.

At the same time, BJP MLAs have protested fiercely outside the assembly against it. He claimed that he was assaulted and pushed by the security guards during the protest at the Well.

In fact, as soon as the proceedings of the House started on Monday, BJP MLAs demanded a discussion in the Birbhum violence case and then started protesting.

After this, the situation in the house deteriorated and a scuffle broke out between the two sides.

BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari said that their MLAs were pushed and their clothes were torn.

Amit Malviya was targeted by releasing the video.

Here, a video of this incident has been tweeted by BJP’s IT cell head and Bengal’s co-in-charge Amit Malviya, in which BJP and TMC MLAs are seen scuffling with each other.

With this tweet, Malviya wrote P. Ruckus in Bengal Assembly.

After Bengal Governor, TMC MLAs now attacked BJP MLAs including Chief Whip Manoj Tigga as they were demanding discussion on the Rampurhat massacre. He criticized the state government for this.
