Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi while talking to the media outside the court said that Aryan Khan will come out of jail by tomorrow (Friday) or a day after tomorrow (Saturday).

Let us inform you that Aryan Khan has been lodged in Arthur Road Jail since 7 October. Aryan Khan and others were detained by the NCB on October 2 in connection with the seizure of drugs from the cruise.

Later he was arrested. A total of 20 people were arrested by the NCB in this case.

After the bail, advocate Mukul Rohatgi, while talking to the media, said that the Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha after hearing the arguments for three days.

A detailed order will be placed tomorrow. Hopefully, by tomorrow or Saturday, everyone will be out of jail.

During the hearing in the Bombay High Court, ASG Anil Singh, representing NCB, had said that if we relied on the WhatsApp chat, he (Aryan Khan) had tried to sell drugs in commercial quantities.

He further said that was of a commercial volume. It cannot be said that the drugs were for personal consumption.

Arguments of all accused completed.

It is known that in the Aryan Khan drug case, his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi had already presented his side on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Arbaaz’s lawyer Amit Desai and Munmun Dhamecha’s lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh presented their side.

Arbaaz Merchant’s lawyer Amit Desai had argued in the Bombay High Court that the arrest was illegal.
