Terrorist organization IS’s big attack on the bus of Syrian army soldiers, 20 soldiers killed, many injured.
Gunmen ambushed a bus carrying soldiers in eastern Syria. At least 20 soldiers were killed and many others were injured in this incident. Opposition workers gave this information.

Even after the defeat of the terrorist organization in 2019, their ‘sleeper cells’ have been carrying out deadly attacks in different areas of Syria.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said 23 Syrian soldiers were killed and 10 wounded in an attack on a deserted road near the town of Mayadeen in Deir al-Zor province, bordering Iraq.
Another activist said that 20 soldiers had died, and many more were wounded.
Syria’s official news agency ‘Sana’ quoted a military official as saying that the attack took place on Thursday night, in which ‘many soldiers were killed and wounded’.
He has not given any more information than this. The Syrian army and government did not immediately react to the attack.
