The matter of Gyanvapi mosque reached the Supreme Court, seeking a stay on the survey, the court said – will see the file of the case first: Gyanvapi mosque case.

The matter of survey in Gyanvapi mosque of Varanasi has reached the Supreme Court. A petition has been filed in the court for a stay on the survey.

The petitioner mentioned the matter in court on Friday. The petitioner urged the court to order an early hearing on the matter and maintain the status quo.

However, the court refused to pass any order immediately. The court said that they will first look at the file of the case.

Court has ordered commission proceedings.

Explain that the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar has ordered commission proceedings from 8 am to 12 noon.

An appeal was made by the Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee, alleging that it was not impartial, an appeal was made to change the Advocate Commissioner.

After a hearing that lasted for four days, his appeal was dismissed and the commission proceedings were ordered to be completed.

On Thursday, the demand to change Advocate Commissioner was also rejected. It was clarified that Ajay Kumar Mishra will continue as Advocate Commissioner.

They will have to submit the report of the full proceedings in the court by May 17. The Benaras Gyanvapi Mosque Survey case reached the Supreme Court.

Referring to the case, the petitioner sought an order from the court to hear the matter expeditiously and maintain the status quo.

‘Break or open the lock’

The court has clearly said in the order that if the obstruction is created at any place, it will be removed by the district administration.

The district administration will have the right to complete the commission’s action by opening or breaking the lock. During this, take legal action against those who become obstructed and file a case.

The judge who delivered the verdict expressed concern over the security.

Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar, who delivered the verdict in the Gyanvapi Masjid case, has expressed concern about the safety of himself and the family.

Ravi Kumar Diwakar said that an atmosphere of fear is being created by making this simple civil case extraordinary. The fear is so much that there is a concern about the safety of himself and his family.

When he is out of the house, the wife repeatedly expresses her concern about safety. During the conversation in Lucknow, my mother had expressed concern about my safety.
