The 9th Round Of Talks Between The Farmers And Govt Failed

The 9th round of talks between the farmers and the government was inconclusive, now the next meeting will be held on January 19. The government again held talks today with the agitating farmers against the three agricultural laws passed for agricultural reform in the country.

The ninth round of negotiations between the central government and the farmers’ organizations has been fruitless. The meeting took place today amid the controversy over the expert committee by the Supreme Court.

According to Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar, no proposal has been agreed so far. Let us know that before this, eight rounds of talks have been held between the government and farmer organizations.

Even on the eighth round of talks on January 8, no solution was reached. Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the government will join the meeting with an open mind and remove the doubts of the farmers.

Negotiations were being held between the farmer and the government from 12 noon at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi regarding the new agricultural laws. This conversation of the 9th round has also been fruitless. Now the next meeting between the farmer and the government will be held on 19 January.
