ADGP RN Dhoke said that all the IEDs found in Punjab have come from Pakistan. He said that Punjab Police’s sub-inspector Dilbag Singh was targeted by an IED in his vehicle.
A conspiracy was hatched to blow up Dilbag Singh’s Bolero car with two kg RDX. Punjab Police will reveal the whole matter in the next few hours.

Police believe that Sub-Inspector Dilbag Singh was active during terrorism, due to which he was receiving constant threats.

The bomb disposal squad had reached the spot. It can be seen in the CCTV camera that two youths came on a motorcycle and fled by planting a bomb under the car parked outside the house.
