Telangana: Heavy rains cause trouble in Hyderabad, flood-like conditions in many areas. Flood-like conditions have arisen due to heavy rains in Telangana. The torrential rains in the state led to flooding at many places in the capital Hyderabad.

Due to heavy rains here, a situation like a flood has been created. Meanwhile, there was waterlogging in some parts of Hyderabad. A photo from Falaknuma Bridge has surfaced where shops are seen submerged.

There have been reports of death of close to 50 people in this flood. In many areas, people are troubled by traffic including problems like water logging. Not only this, thousands of crores of rupees have also been lost due to this flood.

The city has received more than 150 mm of rainfall. On Tuesday, 190 mm of rain was recorded. The video, shared on social media, has seen more than 2 feet of water on the roads.

Ministers and MPs visited flood-hit district

The Kolluru Mandal flood-affected village of Guntur district was visited by ministers and MPs. A local MLA Meruga Nagarjuna visited the village on a tractor with ministers and other MLAs.

Please tell that due to continuous heavy rains in many parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, flood-like conditions have been created. Torrential rains have severely affected public life. Roads and low-lying areas are flooded.

In the past, more than 20 people were killed in accidents due to heavy rains. In view of the worsening situation, the Telangana government had issued Work from Home Advisory for all private institutions/offices / non-essential services. With this, people were advised to stay in the house till then.

Please tell that in the past, the Meteorological Department had issued an alert for heavy rains in the state. Yellow alert has been issued for districts other than Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta.

A senior official of the State Disaster Management Authority said that Kerala has been receiving heavy rainfall for the last few days. Rain and strong winds caused minor damage to several houses in central Kerala and trees were uprooted in some places.
