He held meetings with state officials and district heads in Jammu for two days to speed up election preparations. Meanwhile, Tarun Chugh and Ashish Sood will soon visit Jammu after getting new responsibilities.

During this time he will formulate the party’s strategy to win the Zilla Parishad elections. Elections to the eight-phase District Development Council begin on 28 November.
