The agency quoted Tolo News as saying that Samangani has said that the doors of talks between the Taliban and the Northern Alliance are open.

He has also told that on Saturday a delegation of Ahmed Masood, known as Sher of Panjshir, spoke to the Taliban delegation in Kabul.

On the other hand, Masood’s supporters have denied the Taliban’s claim, saying that no Taliban terrorist has been successful in entering the valley.

Ahmed Zahid, the head of the Resistance Front delegation, has also said that there is currently no fighting with the Taliban in Panjshir.

Significantly, the first round of talks between the Taliban and Masood members took place on 25 August.

During this, it was agreed by both sides not to attack each other till the outcome of the second round of talks. Zahid says that the second round of talks will be held within two days.

At the same time, he has also made it clear that if these talks do not succeed, then the Taliban will have to face the consequences.

Zahid says that if the talks are not successful, both sides may have to suffer. The reason for this is that if there is a war between the two, then it will make it easier for foreign armies to be present here.

They will find an excuse to be here. Meanwhile, two US senators have said that we should see Panjshir as a safe zone and should also accept it.

According to the news of the agency, it has also been said that the Taliban have closed the roads coming from the Gulbahar Jabal Saraj area towards Panjshir.

The longer the government formation is delayed, the more the atmosphere of uncertainty will increase in Afghanistan.

There has been an atmosphere of constant uncertainty after the arrival of the Taliban in Afghanistan.

On the one hand, the Taliban is working on the formation of its government, while on the other hand, attacks by other groups of terrorists are seen intensifying in Kabul.

On the third hand, the Taliban, who are looking for a way to form a government through talks, have placed former presidents Ahmed Karzai and Abdullah Abdullah under house arrest.

Apart from this, there is an atmosphere of concern in the whole world community regarding the Taliban government. So it can be said that Afghanistan is completely immersed in uncertainty.

Experts also believe that the delay in government formation in Afghanistan will only increase the atmosphere of uncertainty.
