Sensex At New High, Nifty Also At All Time High Of 17,429.55

Sensex at new high, Nifty is also at an all-time high of 17,429.55.

The Indian stock market hit new record highs on Monday led by gains in Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Larsen & Toubro, Infosys, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Bharti Airtel.

The Sensex rose 350 points to hit a record high of 58,480.20 and the Nifty 50 index hit an all-time high of 17,421.55.

Today the stock market opened with an increase on the first trading day of the week. At 09:22 am, the Sensex was trading at 58,413.77 with a jump of 283.82 points.

While the Nifty was trading at 17,387.25 with a gain of 63.65 points. In the Sensex, Reliance, L&T, BAJAJFINSV, BAJAJ-AUTO, HUL, Bajaj Finance.

M&M, Ultracemco, HCL Tech, Maruti, Axis Bank, Infosys were trading with gains, while TATASTEEL, POWERGRID, and HDFC, HDFC ASI were trading with gains. Shares fell.

The Sensex climbed 277 points to close at 58,194.79 on the last trading day. Sensex also touched an all-time high of 58,194.79 on Friday.

While Nifty 50 closed 89.45 points higher at 17,323.60. It also made a high of 17,340.10 points today.

The market capitalization (cap) of nine of the top 10 most valuable companies in the country saw a jump of Rs 2,93,804.34 crore last week.

More than one-third of this increase came from Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) alone.

Last week, the 30-share BSE Sensex crossed the 57,000 and 58,000 levels on the back of all-around buying in the stock markets.

The Sensex gained 2,005.23 points or 3.57 percent in the last week’s trading.

Atal Pension Yojana has emerged as the most preferred social security scheme under the National Pension System (NPS).

Under Atal Pension Yojana (APY), the total number of subscribers is 2.8 crore. A major part of this is from non-metropolitan centers.

Of the 4.2 crores, NPS subscribers, 2.8 crores or more than 66 percent had opted for APY by the end of the financial year 2020-21.

Of the NPS subscribers, 3.77 crores or 89 percent are from non-metropolitan cities.
