PM Modi Congratulated The Teachers On Teachers Day

PM Modi congratulated the teachers of the country, appreciated the work done during the Corona period: Teachers Day.

PM Narendra Modi has congratulated teachers across the country on the occasion of Teachers’ Day.

Along with this, he also appreciated them for ensuring the education of the students during the corona epidemic.

PM Modi wrote on Twitter, ‘Congratulations to the entire teaching fraternity on Teachers’ Day, which has always played a vital role in nurturing young minds.

It is commendable how the teachers ensured innovation to continue the education journey of the students in the times of the Corona pandemic.

Along with this, PM Modi also paid tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary.

PM Modi tweeted, ‘I pay tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary and remember his distinguished scholarship as well as contribution to our country.’

Teacher’s Day is celebrated across the country in memory of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, a philosopher-writer and the second President of India.

He was born on September 5, 1888. His contribution to the field of education is exemplary. The tradition of celebrating Teacher’s Day was started in 1962 in honor of Radhakrishnan and all the teachers.

President Ram Nath Kovind will felicitate virtually 44 teachers on Sunday on the occasion of Teachers’ Day.

Earlier on Saturday, on the eve of Teachers’ Day, he greeted teachers across the country and wished them well.

Along with this, he also mentioned the efficient handling of the new challenges faced by the teachers during the covid-19 epidemic.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also congratulated Teachers’ Day by tweeting.

In the tweet, he wrote, ‘Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the state on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.”
