NEP: 18 States In The Country Started Working On It

NEP: 18 states in the country started working on new education policy(NEP), suggestions did not come from Congress. An all-out effort has begun to ensure that there is no hindrance in the implementation of the new education policy(NEP) after a long wait.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has spoken to the Vice-Chancellors and Heads of Higher Educational Institutions. BJP President JP Nadda, along with Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, discussed with BJP and NDA-ruled states to ensure that the implementation begins immediately.

Officers of the Ministry of Education were also included in the meeting so that all doubts could be resolved there. It is said that all the states have given assurance of its implementation in time.

As such, the new education policy was unprecedented in the sense that opposition to it is almost negligible. If left to the Left, Congress must have expressed disagreement but it is not comprehensive. Rather, a national spokesperson of the Congress had personally welcomed it.

The Congress was accused of limited discussion. Whereas according to the Ministry of Education, Nishank himself had discussed with two and a half lakh village committees, about 25 crore students and parents, one thousand universities, 45 thousand degree college principals, NGOs etc. before the draft.

Discussions were also held with all MPs and suggestions were sought. It is said that in all the suggestions that came, there were no suggestions from the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi or the former Education Ministers of the Congress.

In such a situation, the government is assuming that there will be no problem even in the states ruled by the opposition. But first BJP and NDA-ruled states and union territories want to ensure that there are no hiccups or dilemmas.

In this regard, Nadda himself spoke with the primary, secondary, and higher education ministers of a total of one and a half dozen states. Nishank was present in this meeting along with his officials and answered all the questions.
