PM Modi held meeting with Air Force Chief Bhadauria, Amidst the Corona crisis, to know what issues were discussed.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday held a meeting with Air Force Chief RKS Bhadauria amid chaos in the second wave of Corona in the country.

In this meeting, the Air Force Chief informed Prime Minister Modi about the operations being carried out by the Air Force to stop the Corona crisis.

According to the information shared by the PMO, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria informed PM Modi that the Air Force has stopped its heavy-lift fleet in a campaign to stop the Corona crisis.

Air force operations operated non-stop throughout the week,without stopping for 24 hours is ordered to work. 

Prime Minister Modi emphasized on increasing the speed of the Air Force’s operation in the transport of oxygen tankers and other essential materials.

PM Modi held meeting with Air Force Chief Bhadauria: PM Modi also emphasized that Air Force operations should be conducted safely, comprehensively, and conveniently.

PM Modi asked the Air Force Chief to ensure that the Air Force personnel working day and night in the operations run in the corona crisis are safe and secure.

Not only this, but PM Modi also talked about ensuring the safety of these operations.

Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria told PM Modi that the Air Force is deploying its large and medium-sized aircraft to carry out these operations.

The Chief of the Air Force briefed PM Modi about the operation of a dedicated Covid Air Support Cell set up by the Indian Air Force.

The job of this cell is to ensure rapid coordination with various ministries and agencies for the operations of the Air Force in the Corona crisis.

In this meeting, PM Modi enquired about the health and efficiency of Indian Air Force personnel and their families.

Air Chief Marshal apprised Prime Minister Narendra Modi that vaccination coverage in the Air Force is satisfactory and it has reached very close to the target.

The Chief of Air Force also told PM Modi that the number of Kovid-19 facilities i.e. Kovid Centers has been increased in the hospitals operated by the Indian Air Force.

Along with this, it has also been asked to treat the common people as far as possible. Recently, Prime Minister Modi had a meeting with CDS General Bipin Rawat.

In this meeting, he inquired about the operations being carried out by the military forces in the Corona crisis.
