Extortionist gang used to get pistols and indigenous pieces from outside states: Jammu Crime.

In the interrogation of the 15 members, including the gang leader Supreet Singh alias Raja, who has been raising his head for the last 5 years in Jammu, the police have collected important clues.

The cartridges were brought from the outer states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

In the supply of these weapons, the name of some traders of Jammu city is coming, who in the guise of trade transported the consignment of these weapons to Jammu from the outside states.

These traders later handed over the weapons to the Extortionist gang, these traders are still under questioning.

Till now the police have not arrested them. Police say that there were people from outside states from whom these weapons were purchased.

The investigation is going on. Bharat Sharma, SHO of Gandhinagar, says that it is too early to say anything in the matter as some more arrests are yet to be made.

The traders of Raghunath Bazaar and Kanak Mandi have given extortion money: Some well-known traders of Raghunath, Bazaar and Kanak Mandi of the city have also been robbed by extortion.

The master mind of the gang had created such an empire of criminals in the city of Jammu that these gangs now wanted to extort money from traders like Nago for extortion.

At some time, the Nago used to have coinage in the city, but the extortionist gang called the Nago demanded extorn money. Firing at Nago’s home made it expensive to threaten him for extortion of two crore rupees.

The scheme to recover extortion money from businessmen was made by Royal Singh, who was serving life imprisonment in Kotbhalwal Jail.

On April 3 there was firing at the house of Nago only on the instructions of Royal Singh.

There is a gang of 50 to 60 people: The extortionist gang did not only invest money on interest for betting on cricket matches, they would also supply expensive drugs like heroin and sumac of the youth of the city.

Not only this, in the rave parties where the prevalence of intoxication is common, those youths were also provided with money for drugs.

SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli says that we have a duty to make Jammu crime free.
