Auto parts maker Lifelong Group on Wednesday acquired GoMechanic, a start-up that provides after-sales service to troubled vehicles.

The statement issued by the company said that the majority stake in the business of GoMechanic has been acquired by the Servizzy consortium of Lifelong Group.
The statement further said that Lifelong Group is an Indian company, which was established in 1985.
The company plans to enter the after-sales service market through this acquisition. Currently, the company is into auto parts, medical equipment, and e-commerce space.
Lifelong Group made the highest bid.
Lifelong Group’s Servizzy consortium won the highest bid in the ongoing auction process for the business sale of GoMechanic.
