Karnataka HC asked Yeddyurappa to appear in a corruption case. Yeddyurappa’s troubles increased as soon as he was removed from power.
The troubles of former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa have increased again as soon as he is removed from power.
Karnataka High Court has issued summons to BS Yediyurappa in a corruption case and has given the notice to appear before it by August 17.
The Karnataka HC has ordered former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, his son BJP vice-president Vijayendra and others appear before the court on August 17 for investigation in a corruption case.
The summons was issued on Thursday.
His family members are Shashidhar Maradi, Virupakshaappa Yamakanamradi, Sanjayashree, contractor Chandrakanta Ramalingam.
Former minister S.T. Somashekar, IAS officer Dr. G.C. Prakash, hotel industrialist K. Summons have also been issued to Ravi.
TJ Abraham, an activist, and lawyer had filed a petition against former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and others.
The complaint was filed in the People’s Representative Court. The court had on July 8 dismissed the petition for want of sanction as Yeddyurappa was the chief minister.

A person from Kerala has filed a petition in the Kerala High Court, stating that he has taken both doses of Covaccine and has to go to Saudi Arabia for work, but he cannot go because Kovaccine is not recognized there.
A reply has been sought from the Center on this petition before the High Court.
The petitioner said, “Indian expatriates who have to return to Saudi Arabia for work should be allowed to be re-vaccinated with the Covishield vaccine, as the Covaxine is not recognized in Saudi.”
The petitioner stated that he has already got both the vaccines of Covaxine. Now a reply has been sought from the Center on this.
Let us inform you that half of the total cases in the country have been registered in Kerala. There the Center has also sent its teams, which are working to stop the infection.
At the same time, cases have increased again in Kerala in the last hours. In Kerala, new cases have crossed 20 thousand again.
Due to this, the figure of new cases has crossed 40 thousand during the last 24 hours in the whole country.
Active cases have increased by more than five thousand due to the increase in new cases and the recovery of fewer patients.
