Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court, based on the complaint of advocate L Ramesh Naik, directed the Inspector of Kayasthasandra Police Station to file an FIR against the Bollywood actress. The court said that the complainant had filed an application for investigation under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC.

On the complaint of the advocate, the court directed the Circle Police Inspector of Kathasandhra Police Station to lodge an FIR. Naik, who hails from Kayathasandra, said that the jurisdiction police station has also been instructed to interrogate the actress.

According to the leading news agency report, on September 21, Kangana tweeted the above controversial tweet on her alleged twitter handler @KanganaTeam.

The report said that the tweet said that ‘those who misinformed about CAA and spread rumors, who were the cause of riots, now the same farmers are spreading misinformation about the bill and spreading terror in the country.

Such people are terrorists. ‘ However, in the next line justifying the said tweet, it was also said that … ‘You know very well what I said but this only to spread misinformation!’ Advocate Ramesh Naik says that this tweet hurt his feelings, after which he decided to register an FIR against Ranaut.

No action taken on Richa Chadha’s complaint

Bollywood actress Richa Chadha has questioned the work of the National Commission for Women. The actress has asked the Women’s Commission through social media what action has been taken in the complaint made by her.

The actress has asked the commission in two tweets, but received no response. Actress Taapsee Pannu reacted to this and said that she would have to go to Delhi and raise her voice.
