Chirag, according to his declaration, fielded candidates against all the seats of JDU in the Darbhanga division, while two strong leaders of this place will also have Sarairanjan MLA cum Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Food Supply and Consumer Protection Department Minister Madan Sahni.

LJP and VIP stand out interesting

In this election, BJP is contesting on six out of 10 seats of Darbhanga, JDU on four, JDU on six out of 10 in Madhubani, JDU on four and JDU on seven of the 10 seats in Samastipur and BJP in three. In the 2010 elections, BJP won in Hayaghat of Darbhanga and LJP candidates finished second.

JDU won in Kalyanpur in Samastipur and LJP finished second.

BJP won in Madhubani’s Benipatti and LJP was in second place. Similarly, in 2015, JDU won in Hayaghat and GowdaBaram of Darbhanga. The LJP was in the second position on both seats.

JDU won from Warisanagar seat in Samastipur and LJP finished second. Now it will be interesting to see what kind of candidates Chirag brings. By the way, after VIP joined NDA, Mithila politics has started heating up.
