Jaskaran Was Working For ISI From Jail In Punjab

Jaskaran was working for ISI from jail in Punjab and was in constant touch with Pakistani masters.

The drug smuggler Jaskaran Singh, who was arrested by Punjab Counter Intelligence in Goindwal Jail yesterday, has revealed many secrets during his interrogation.

According to Jaskaran, he was using the phone in jail for a long time. Through WhatsApp calls, he used to talk to his masters sitting in Pakistan.

He was dealing with destruction in India with the special pawn of ISI and this process was going on unabated.

The Punjab Police have recovered Jaskaran’s mobile phone used in the jail, which will prove to be helpful in exposing Pakistan and ISI.

Imtiaz, a special pawn of the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, had set up his henchmen in Goindwal Jail of Punjab.

Through these, he had sent 40 large consignments of RDX, hand grenades, arms, ammunition, and drugs to Punjab through drones in the last 7 months.

According to Punjab Police, Made in China drones are reaching Pakistan in large numbers, through which 4 to 5 kg of explosives and weapons are sent to India at a time.

Police arrested 3 other members of the module for smuggling arms/ammunition from the drone.

Cash worth Rs 1 crore, 18 weapons, and 500 grams of heroin have been recovered from their possession. So far 5 members of this module, including a prisoner in a Punjab jail, have been arrested.

Police also recovered a cache of state-of-the-art arms and ammunition from them. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav has shared this information with the media.

The three arrested accused have been identified as Surinder Singh, a resident of village Barwala in Tarn Taran district, Harchand Singh, and Gursahib Singh, a resident of Waltoha, Amritsar.

Police have recovered cash worth Rs 1.01 crore, 500 grams of heroin, 400 live cartridges including 17 pistols, one MP-4 rifle, 300 live cartridges, 2 weighing machines, and 2 note counting machines from their possession.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Amritsar Counter Intelligence team arrested 2 members of this module, including one Jaskaran Singh and his partner Ratanbir Singh.

10 foreign pistols have been recovered from their whereabouts. The total number of pistols recovered has reached 27.

Punjab DGP told the whole matter.

DGP Gaurav Yadav said that during the investigation Jaskaran Singh and Ranbir Singh told that their accomplice Surinder had received a consignment of ammunition from Pakistan with the help of drones.

Acting on this information, the police arrested Surinder on Friday and recovered 10 pistols along with 6 magazines and 100 live cartridges from his possession.

After investigation, it has been found that Surinder, on the instructions of Jaskaran Singh, used to pick up the consignment from Ratanbir to two brothers Harchand and Gursahib.

Amritsar Counter Intelligence AIG Amarjit Singh Bajwa said that during interrogation, Jaskaran confessed that he was in touch with a Pakistani smuggler named Asif.

He used to transport consignments of narcotics and weapons from across the border to India through drones.

The full name of the Pakistani smuggler is Asif Dongar, he is a resident of Kasur, Pakistan, and operates from Karachi. He reports directly to the No. 3, and 4-grade officers of ISI.
