Iran probing Pakistan’s interference in the Panjshir attack warns the Imran government.

Iran said on Monday that Pakistan’s interference in the Panjshir attack was being investigated. Iran also said that direct or indirect intervention would only defeat the attackers.

A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that a political solution to Panjshir should be found.

The Taliban’s occupation of this province of Afghanistan is not acceptable under international and humanitarian law.

Tehran has condemned last night’s attacks in the Panjshir Valley. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said, “Pakistan’s interference in the Panjshir attacks is under investigation.”

Iran probing Pakistan’s interference: Iran considers intra-Afghan talks the only solution to the Afghanistan problem. 

Saeed Khatibzadeh warned Imran Kahn’s government that all obligations under international law must be complied with. Iran is closely monitoring developments in Afghanistan.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said the group would not allow any country, including Pakistan, to interfere in Afghanistan’s internal affairs, according to Afghanistan’s ‘Khama News’.

The Mujahid also said, “The entire Panjshir has come under the control of Taliban fighters. With this victory, our country has come out of the war.

We assure you that there will be no discrimination against the people of Panjshir. They are our brothers.

The Taliban spokesman also claimed that NRFA chief Ahmed Masood and former Vice President Amrullah Saleh had fled to neighboring Tajikistan.

Masood declares himself safe.

Ali Maisam Najri, the head of foreign affairs of the NRFA, which is fighting the Taliban in Panjshir, said, “The Taliban’s claim of victory is false and the NRFA forces are continuing to fight,” the news agency reported.

Whereas Ahmed Masood told in a Twitter message that he is safe. He also called on the people of Afghanistan to launch a nationwide insurgency against the Taliban.

Iraq: Islamic State attack on a checkpoint in Kirkuk city, 13 policemen killed.

The world’s dangerous terrorist organization Islamic State has carried out a deadly attack on a checkpoint in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk. 13 policemen have died in this attack.

According to the news agency AFP, ISIS has attacked a checkpoint near the city of Kirkuk in northern Iraq. So far 13 police personnel have died in this attack.
