According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, 1,65,553 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours.
This is the lowest number of cases in a single day since April 12 in the country. There have been 3.460 deaths from Corona in the last 24 hours.
With the new cases of the corona, the number of patients recovering from corona in the country is also increasing continuously.
In the last 24 hours, 2,76,309 people have recovered from Corona across the country. With this, a total of 2,54,54,320 people in India have recovered from Corona so far.
With this, India’s recovery rate has increased to 91.25%. In addition to corona recovery, a drop in active cases is also being seen.
There have been 1,14,216 active cases of corona in the last 24 hours in the country. Currently, there are 21,14,508 active cases of corona in the country. The active rate has come down to 7.58%.
So far, 2,78,94,800 cases of corona infection have been reported in the country. So far, 3,25,972 people have lost their lives from Corona in India.
More than 20 lakh tests on Saturday
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 20,63,839 samples were tested across the country on Saturday to detect corona infection. Together, 34,31,83,748 samples have been tested so far.
The vaccination figure reached 21 million.
Meanwhile, vaccination against the coronavirus continues in the country.
According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, 21,20,66,614 people have been vaccinated in the country so far. Out of this, 30,35,749 vaccinations have been done in the last day.
