Hooda Kept Tight Silence On The Change Of Leadership

Hooda kept tight silence on change of leadership in Congress for the future of son Dipendra.

In a meeting of leaders of the Congress Group 23 with the Gandhi family on Saturday, 10 Janpath.

Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda kept tight silence on the issue of change of leadership.

Hooda ended his talk by maintaining the respect of the leaders in the strength of the party organization and giving the land-related leaders an important position in the party organization.

The personal respect of the leaders will remain intact in the strength of the party organization.

Hooda’s silence on the change of leadership in Sonia’s meeting is now taking two counts. One is that former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda will not try to dethrone Sonia Gandhi in the Congress.

Hooda has no objection even to Rahul Gandhi being made the national president. He has silent consent for Rahul. The silence of the second Hooda is also considered as a middle ground.

Hooda wants to confine himself and Deepender’s politics to Haryana.

In fact, Hooda wants to secure his son Dipendra Hooda’s future in Haryana politics.

For this, he also avoided the letter written by Sonia Gandhi to 23 leaders of the party for leadership change in August when it reached the media.

Hooda knows that Dipendra Hooda has made his own place in Rahul’s team. In such a situation, despite being the national president of Rahul Gandhi, there will be no impact on his politics in Haryana.

Haryana Congress politics will change due to Hooda

There are four big leaders in the current phase in the Haryana Congress. These include Bhupendra Singh Hooda, Randeep Surjewala, Kumari Sailja and Kuldeep Bishnoi.

While Randeep Surjewala has been effective in the central unit of the party, Kumari Selja is very close to Sonia Gandhi along with the state president.

Kuldeep Bishnoi has also built his trust in Rahul Gandhi’s core team.

Bhupendra Hooda had signed a letter to Sonia Gandhi at the behest of his old friend Ghulam Nabi Azad. However, Hooda did not anticipate that the letter would be painful for his politics.

It was at the behest of Hooda that the letter was also signed by one of his fellow former MLAs. Now, Hooda and Ghulam nabi will not do any work that would trouble the Gandhi family.

Politics experts believe that Hooda has elevated his stature in the politics of Haryana Congress after Saturday’s meeting. This will also change the politics of Haryana Congress.

Vivek Bansal, a confidant of Rahul Gandhi and in-charge of the Haryana Congress, will also give importance to Hooda in the coming days. Till now they were taking Hooda, Sailaja as equals.

Grass root-level leaders get command in the organization

After the letter to Sonia, supporters of Hooda have been saying openly that the leaders associated with grass root-level should get the command of the organization.

This issue was raised in the meeting with Sonia Gandhi, however, when the name of a former MLA, a pro-Hooda leader from Haryana, who signed the letter, came out, these supporters were also backing this argument.

The reason for this was that the former MLA who signed the letter also lost the Lok Sabha elections from his constituency by a huge margin.
