According to the report of the news agency, the single net profit of HDFC Limited (HDFC Housing Finance) for the January-March quarter has registered a growth of 16 percent at Rs 3,700 crore.

According to the media report, the company’s Profit After Tax for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, stood at Rs 4,622 crore, up 18 percent from Rs 3,924 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

At the same time, profit after tax stood at Rs 3,700 crore in the fourth quarter of 2021-22 as compared to Rs 3,180 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

HDFC’s Vice President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Keki Mistry said on Monday that the company’s total income in FY21 was more than Rs 12,027 crore.

At the same time, its total income increased to Rs 12,308.46 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2021-22. It was Rs 11,707.53 crore in the same period a year ago.

According to the report of the news agency, during the entire financial year 2021-22, the company’s net profit stood at Rs 13,742 crore.

Earlier in the financial year 2020-21, the company’s total profit was registered at Rs 12,027 crore.

HDFC’s Q4 net profit: The company said that it recorded its highest-ever monthly personal loan disbursement in the month of March.

According to the report of a news agency, the Board of Directors reviewed the performance of the corporation and after assessing the liquidity position and capital buffer.

The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs 30 per equity share of Rs 2 face value for the year ended March 31, 2022.

According to a statement issued by HDFC Ltd, this year the loan disbursement has increased despite the non-continuation of concessional stamp duty benefits.
