Haridwar Kumbh Mela 2021: 10 special trains to run for Kumbh Mela.

In order to facilitate the devotees coming to Haridwar Kumbh Mela, the railway has been preparing to prepare the time table for which special trains should be run.

This work has been assigned to the operations department of the Moradabad Railway Division. In the first phase, 10 fair special trains are to be run.

Haridwar Kumbh Mela 2021: Passenger trains will not be run due to the lack of consent of the Uttarakhand government.

Only express trains will run. Therefore, regular 25 express trains that were closed due to Corona will be run from Haridwar before January 4.

Trains will start running for Maharashtra, Odisha, South India, West Bengal, Bihar. Kumbh Mela will start on 14 January.

During this time, devotees will start coming to Haridwar for Kumbh. The railway administration is preparing to run the fair special trains as per previous Kumbh.

A time table is being prepared based on what will be the free time after regular trains run. Fair special trains are proposed to be run from Haridwar to Delhi, Lucknow, Amritsar, Jodhpur, Allahabad.

The operational department is busy preparing the time table. Railway has issued a guideline regarding Corona. It says that half an hour after a train leaves another train.

Sanitize the platform in half an hour. Due to the Railway Board’s guideline, the time table workers are facing problems. Northern Railway Headquarters is being approached to resolve this problem.

Assistant Commercial Manager Naresh Singh said that the operations department team has started work to run the fair special trains.

The districts have been asked to identify the major contenders. Leading officials and public representatives have been asked to refrain from contesting elections for their family members.
