Gyanvapi Masjid case: Next hearing of the Gyanvapi case is on June 4, debate on the right to a hearing in court on Monday.

Today is the day of the hearing in the Gyanvapi case. Apart from the major matters, there is a lot of turmoil in the court regarding many matters.

On Monday, a hearing is to be held in the district judge’s court regarding whether the matter should be heard or not.

When the hearing of the case started at around 2.30 pm, the lawyers of both sides approached the court of the district judge.

First of all, the Muslim side cross-examined the court regarding the right to hear the case. At the same time, till 4 pm, today’s hearing in the district judge’s court was completed in the Gyanvapi case.

Even now the hearing of this case will continue in the court. Now the court has fixed the date of the next hearing on July 4.

Both the parties are busy preparing:

Vadmitra Vijay has applied in the court of the District Judge to make Swayambhu Jyotirling Adivishweshwar a party in the case.

The hearing will be held at two o’clock in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh.

At the same time, senior Supreme Court lawyer Harishankar Jain and his son lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain, along with lawyer Vijay Shankar Rastogi, reached the court in the afternoon.

In the Gyanvapi Masjid case, the court will hear the arguments of the Muslim side on whether the court can hear the case in the district judge’s court from 2 pm.

Security increased in the court: Due to the hearing of two separate cases in the Gyanvapi Masjid case on Monday, there was a lot of commotion on the court premises since morning.

While police security forces have been deployed on the court premises. The police officers have also checked the security arrangements by doing rounds in the court regarding this matter.

On the other hand, security arrangements have been kept tight around the Gyanvapi mosque complex and also near the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex.

In this case, strict vigilance has increased regarding security on Monday.
