1. Thick creamy curd 2 cups (made at home)
2. Sugar 4-5 tbsp (ground)
3. Green cardamom 4-5
4. Almonds 6-8
5. Saffron threads 4-6
6. Ice cubes 4-6 small pieces.

Method of making Vrindavan Lassi.

  1. First of all, remove the cream from the curd and keep it aside.
  2. Now cut the almonds into small pieces.
  3. Now blend the curd in a blender and then add powdered sugar and blend it well once again.
  4. Soak the saffron threads in a little milk for two hours.
  5. Now add cardamom powder and soaked saffron to the blended curd and sugar and mix well.
  6. Now add ice cubes to it.
  7. Now pour it into a glass and garnish it with chopped dry fruits and the cream of the curd kept aside.
