Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is on a two-day visit to Manipur. There has been a meeting between Rajnath Singh and Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh.

This meeting took place at the residence of Biren Singh in Luwangsangbam. Biren Singh has tweeted pictures of the meeting from his official Twitter handle.

Biren Singh tweeted, “Glad to be hosting Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.” The Defense Minister was accorded a warm welcome on his way to the Chief Minister’s residence.

Apart from Manoj Pandey, many state ministers and BJP leaders including the party’s state president A Sharda Devi also attended the meeting.

The Defense Minister then went to the office of the Inspector General of Assam Rifles (South) at Mantri Pukhri where he interacted with the personnel of the Assam Rifles and the 57th Mountain Division of the Indian Army.

Chhindwara is the area of ​​influence of Kamal Nath.

He has been an MP from here nine times. This is the only one with Congress out of 29 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

In the assembly elections too, the Congress had won all the seven seats in the district. The mayor and the district panchayat president also belong to Congress.

In Chhindwara, which has become a stronghold of Congress, the party has entrusted the task of strengthening the BJP and encouraging the workers to Giriraj Singh.
