It took Britain 18 days to reach the 10 million mark, while America took 10 days to reach it. The Union Health Ministry said that till 8 am on Sunday, 15 lakh 82 thousand 201 people have been vaccinated.
India leads in vaccination compared to other countries
The ministry said that it took only 6 days for 10 lakh people to be vaccinated in India. This count is higher than countries like America and Britain.
Britain took 18 days while the United States took 10 days to reach 1 million. In India, about 16 lakh beneficiaries have been vaccinated till 8 am on 24 January.
At the same time, in the last 24 hours, 1 lakh 91 thousand 609 people have been vaccinated in 3,512 sessions in this interval. The Ministry said that a total of 27,920 sessions have been held so far for vaccination.
WHO has also become an admirer of India
India has become an example for the whole world in recovering from the corona virus crisis. India has played an important role in global health by exporting the country-made vaccine to many countries of the world.
This is the reason that today many big countries and politicians of the world are appreciating this effort of India. After America and Brazil, the World Health Organization (WHO) has now praised India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In the second phase, PM Modi and other leaders will be vaccinated
In the second phase of the corona vaccination campaign, PM Modi will also be given a corona vaccine. In this phase, the Chief Ministers of the states will also be vaccinated with the corona.
It is being told that in order to build trust among the people in the vaccine, PM Modi and all the leaders including the Chief Ministers will also get the vaccine installed.
In fact, in the second phase of the corona vaccination campaign, there are plans to apply vaccine to all those who are above 50 years of age.
In such a situation, all the Chief Ministers, Ministers, MPs and MLAs who are more than 50 years of age will be given the Corona vaccine during the second phase.
However, no information is currently available on when the second phase of corona vaccination will begin.

96.83 percent rate of recovery in India so far
According to the data, 15,948 new cases of Kovid-19 in the last 24 hours saw infection cases in the country rise to 1,06,54,533 on Sunday, of which 1,03,16,786 people have become infection free. The recovery rate of patients in the country has increased to 96.83 percent.
75% active cases of corona in the country in these states
Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal account for 75 per cent of the active corona virus cases in the country. Kerala has the highest number of 5,283 people infection-free in a single day, while 3,694 people have been cured in Maharashtra.
At the same time, Kerala has received 6,960 new cases in a day, while 2,697 new cases have been registered in Maharashtra and 902 new cases in Karnataka.
