Congress has launched a ‘Jan Dwani’ campaign in Karnataka. Congress’s Jan dwani’ campaign started in Karnataka, Padayatra will be organized in 100 assembly constituencies.

In Karnataka, Congress has launched a ‘Jan dwani’ campaign. The party will run this campaign in 100 assembly constituencies of the state.

Karnataka Congress President DK Shivkumar said that to highlight the problems of the people and the failures of the BJP government in the state and at the center, a padyatra is being organized in all 100 assembly seats.

Senior leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Siddaramaiah were also present at the launch of the campaign. The Congress is doing this padayatra mostly on the seats where it lost in the 2018 elections.

Most of these seats were then represented by ministers. One of these assemblies is Chamundeshwari. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah lost from this seat.

DK Shivakumar on Tuesday announced plans to officially undertake a ‘padayatra’.

In the next 10 months, Congress leaders will visit these constituencies to strengthen the party at the grassroots level in view of the 2023 assembly elections.

12 MLAs disqualified case: Congress said – BJP running ‘unconstitutional’ government in Manipur.

The Congress on Tuesday accused the government of renouncing ‘Raj Dharma’ by not disqualifying the 12 MLAs in Manipur and said the BJP was ‘distorting’ democracy by creating an artificial majority in the state and running an ‘unconstitutional’ government.

12 MLAs should have been disqualified in 2018 in terms of the post of profit

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that the 12 MLAs should have been disqualified in the matter of office of profit, but the constitutional authorities are not taking decisions and are delaying.

He said in a tweet, 12 Manipur BJP MLAs should have been disqualified in 2018 in terms of the post of profit.

Governor’s defense of BJP completely unconstitutional

Now, the ECI (Election Commission) says that the Governor of Manipur has already been directed in this regard, but no action has been taken so far. It is completely unconstitutional for the Governor to protect the BJP.

Singhvi said- 12 MLAs who were changed, were made parliamentary secretaries in Manipur.

Meanwhile, Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi said in a press conference that the 12 MLAs who were changed in 2017 were made parliamentary secretaries in Manipur, but were later removed as they held the office of profit.
