Chief Minister MK Stalin’s decision to extend corona curfew in Tamil Nadu:Full Lockdown in Tamil Nadu .

Chief Minister MK Stalin has said that the medical committee has recommended the implementation of a complete curfew in Tamil Nadu without any relaxation.

With the full curfew coming to an end in Tamil Nadu from the 24th, Chief Minister MK Stalin at the General Secretariat in Chennai will discuss the prevention of corona infection and the extension of the full curfew.

The panel of medical experts also consulted on the exemption of the restrictions.The 19-member panel, which includes Chief Secretary Irayanpu.

Health Minister Ma Subramanian, Health Secretary Radhakrishnan and ICMR Deputy Director Pradeep Kaur and Arunkumar, is participating in the Chief Minister’s Medical Expert Panel consultation, both live and via video.

During the consultation meeting, the medical team recommended that the curfew be extended for another 2 weeks in Tamil Nadu.

Corona infection has crossed 35,000 in Tamil Nadu. The death toll from corona per day is approaching 500. The medical team said that prolonging the curfew could reduce corona infections.

After the consultation meeting, Chief Minister MK Stalin held consultations with MLAs from 13 parties at the Namakkal Poet House at the General Secretariat.

Speaking at the time, Chief Minister Stalin said the government was in a position to implement the full-fledged curfew recommended by the Medical Council.

He asked the MLAs to express their views as the order was to be issued by 1 pm.

Over the past year, many people, including physicians, nurses, and field workers, have been depressed due to coronavirus infections.

It is our duty to relieve their stress. Many in the districts are roaming around violating the curfew rules. Thus, it is the opinion of many that the curfew should be tightened.

Chief Minister MK Stalin said the government had offered to implement the corona epidemic as it would reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease.
