By-elections to 3 Lok Sabha & 30 assembly seats Announced: Election Commission.

The by-elections to three Lok Sabha constituencies and 30 assembly seats will be held on October 30.

By-polls to three parliamentary constituencies and 30 assembly seats in different states will be held at the end of next month in the country.

According to the Election Commission, the counting of votes in these constituencies will be done on November 2.

By-elections are to be held in the Lok Sabha seats of Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, besides the Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.

Apart from this, by-elections are to be held in 30 assembly seats of different states. Regarding this, the Election Commission has informed that all these seats will go to the polls on October 30.

Assembly by-election is going to be held on 30 September in the Bhabanipur seat of Kolkata, West Bengal.

This election is very important for Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, as she herself is in the fray.

Let us tell you that in the assembly elections held in Bengal, Mamta had contested from Nandigram but she lost to BJP candidate Shubhendu Adhikari.

To remain on the post of CM, it is necessary for him to become a member of the Legislative Assembly within six months.
