The BMC has said in the affidavit that Kangana’s plea is unfounded and she should pay a fine on it. BMC has filed a counter affidavit. It says that Kangana Ranot’s petition is an abuse of legal process. This should not be considered, plus Kangana should be fined. Kangana’s petition will be heard on 22 September.

For information, BMC has recently demolished his office, taking action against Kangana about 8 days ago. About 8 days after this action, Kangana shared office photos. Explain that the BMC broke the illegal construction on September 9 while taking action at the office located in Pali Hill, Kangana.

The BMC team vandalized the JCB machine, hammer, and crane for about two hours. The day this action was taken. Kangana reached Mumbai from Himachal on the same day. This action of BMC was challenged in Mumbai High Court on behalf of Kangana’s lawyer. Hearing this, the bench of Justice SJ Kathavala termed the action as unfair.

In her revised petition on behalf of Kangana on Tuesday, it has been said that this action against her is the result of comments made by her on the state government. Both the state and BMC currently have the power of the same party. However, Kangana has taken a high court stay on the action of BMC. At present, the matter has been sought on 22 September for further hearing.
