BJP’s discipline committee submitted a report to Ravinder Raina: Illegal mining in Jammu.
The BJP’s discipline committee, which is investigating the use of indecent language while leveling allegation by state BJP secretary Vikram Randhawa on Dr. Jitendra Singh in illegal Mining, , has submitted its report.
After discussions with the committee’s chairman and BJP’s chief spokesperson Sunil Sethi, other members of the committee, Virenderjit Singh and ND Rajwal, finalized their report and submitted it to Ravindra Raina for further action.
Now Ravindra Raina will decide what further action should be taken in this matter.
Ravindra Raina, confirming the handing over of the report to him, said that after looking into it, he will take action on the basis of this report this week.
At the same time, according to party sources, the Discipline Committee has taken a strong stand on Randhawa’s use of abusive language.
In such a situation, the party will keep a close watch on him. He is asked not to make such rhetoric in the future, and not to make rhetoric without taking approval from senior party leaders.
Sources also say that Ravindra Raina will also talk to Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office before taking action in this matter.
Opposition parties are giving rise to this matter, in such a situation the party is trying its best to resolve the issue. In such a situation, Raina will take the final decision only after considering some other senior leaders of the party.
Raina had recently expressed himself to the Discipline Committee through video conferencing and expressed regret over the use of indecent language.
Randhawa had used abusive language a few days ago, raising the issue of mining amnesty being active in Jammu and Kashmir, accusing the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. Jitendra Singh, of fomenting corruption.
On this, Dr. Jitendra Singh had expressed a strong objection, while at the same time, the party had also taken disciplinary action against Randhawa, showing seriousness.
In such a situation, Dr. Jitendra Singh, through his lawyers in the Delhi court, in this case, filed a defamation case of Rs one crore against Randhawa.
