In another case, the bail application was rejected by Allahabad High Court on charges of forging fake papers in the passport of son former MLA Abdullah Azam Khan.

The Special Investigating Team (SIT) probing the scam has sent a warrant to Azam Khan in Sitapur Jail.

With the inclusion of government land in Johar University in Rampur and in connection with the manipulation of Waqf’s property and making a fake age certificate for the son.

Azam Khan, who is lodged in Sitapur Jail along with MLA wife Dr. Tajin Fatma and son former MLA Abdullah Azam Khan.

Azam Khan has been convicted in the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam recruitment scam.

The SIT investigating the scam has sent a warrant for Azam Khan to Sitapur Jail. Sitapur Jail administration has also confirmed this.

Azam Khan was the Minister of Urban Development and Water Resources in the Akhilesh Yadav government of the state.

During his tenure, an investigation was going on for the scam in the recruitment of assistant engineer in Jal Nigam. The SIT was constituted to investigate.

The SIT has convicted former minister Azam Khan in the case and made him guilty in this case. Regarding this, Azam Khan has been issued a B warrant in the District Jail.

In this regard, Jail Superintendent DC Mishra says that the SIT has accused former minister Azam Khan of the Jal Nigam recruitment scam and filed a warrant in jail.

Meanwhile, There is no clue of the culprit arrested in smuggling cannabis from Ashiana police station in Lucknow, prosecuting prosecutor.

The police has not been able to trace the culprit of the criminal who fled from the capital’s Ashiana police station on Thursday.

On the instructions of the top officials, a case has been filed accusing Daroga Manjit Singh, who was present at the police station at the time of the incident, of gross negligence.
