AP CM Jagan: Dussehra Official Holiday For Women Employees

AP CM Jagan: Dussehra Official Holiday For Women Employees working in the state. AP CM Jagan is focusing exclusively on the issues that employees are claiming. He recently told that this is good news for female employees.

Doubt has come to the fore as to whether the Andhra Pradesh government has given Dussehra leave to government employees or not. Some say given to employees, some say not given.

With this confusion, the government has given clarity to this matter. So far Dussehra has to be celebrated on Sunday … everyone wanted a special holiday as it was a holiday anyway.

However, the Telangana government has issued orders giving the Dussehra holiday on the 26th of this month. The central government has also declared Monday the 26th as an optional holiday.

The employees urged the AP government to do the same for them. With that, the Andhra Pradesh government also took another decision. The government has declared the 26th of this month as an official holiday for women employees.

It is a decision made with the desire of the employees. Employees were asked to change the holiday to Monday as the festival is on Sunday. That is why the government took this decision.

Women employees across the AP will be on leave on the 26th. With Sunday off, just like getting another day off. Yes, only for female employees so, the rest of the employees have to come to duties on Monday.

The AP NGO Association said that CM Jagan had agreed to pay the reduced differential salaries for two months due to Kovid. Apart from this, the CM also responded positively in the case of CPS implementation and PRC.

AP NGO Association President Chandrasekhar Reddy said that when CM Jagan brought their issues to their attention, he responded positively.

He said he had asked the chief minister to regularize contract employees. He said they had appealed to CM Jagan to give home space to every employee before they retire.

Special Holidays for Corona Infection

Chandrasekhar Reddy said that he had suggested that the Covid infected employees to be given 30 days special leave, to which the CM responded positively.

Reddy said the AP government had agreed to pay two months of different salaries, pensions, and two DAs in November. He was happy that the CM had agreed to provide all kinds of facilities and concessions.

Chandrasekhar Reddy said Chief Minister YS Jagan had responded positively to raising the age limit for fourth class employees to 62 years. We thank him on behalf of all of the employees.
