The entire court, which received the charge sheet of Aurobindo and Hetero land allotments, directed CM Jagan to appear before it on November 11.

Along with him, the entire court issued summons to YCP MP Vijayasaireddy, Hetero Director Srinivasareddy, Aurobindo MD Nithyanandareddy.

PV Ramprasad Reddy, Trident Life Sciences Director Sarath Chandrareddy, and retired IAS BP Acharya.

It is learned that the charge sheet of Aurobindo and Hetero land allotments from Nampally court has been transferred to the entire court.

It remains to be seen how Jagan’s lawyers will respond to the summons. Will YS Jagan appear in court on the 11th or will the lawyers ask for an exception on his behalf or is it to be floated.

The ED, which is investigating the Jagan property case on the basis of CBI charge sheets, has filed six charge sheets in the CBI court and one chargesheet in the Nampally Metropolitan Sessions Court.

However, Jagathy Publication has asked the court to transfer the pending charge sheet in the Nampally court to the special court.

The charge sheet was then transferred to the entire court. The entire court, which heard the charge sheet on Friday, directed YS Jagan to attend the hearing.

16-member SIT to now investigate incidents of sabotage in several temples in Andhra Pradesh

The state government on Friday constituted a 16-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the incidents of sabotage and desecration in several temples in Andhra Pradesh.

Director General of Police DG Sawang said that the SIT headed by Deputy Inspector General of Police GVG Ashok Kumar will investigate the cases related to temples.

He said that the incidents of breaking and defiling the idols in many temples had worsened the communal atmosphere in the state.

The DGP has directed the CID and Intelligence Wing of the police to fully assist the SIT in the investigation.

The SIT will inform the DGP and ADGP (Law and Order) of the progress of the investigation from time to time.

It is known that in recent days the idol of Lord Rama was beheaded in the famous Ramatirtham temple in Vizianagaram district, after which the atmosphere became tense.

Police are currently investigating the case. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy termed these incidents as political guerrilla warfare.
