The chargesheet filed by the NIA in the Antilia case and Mansukh Hiren murder case has revealed that Sachin Waze, the accused, paid a huge amount to former encounter specialist and Shiv Sena leader Pradeep Sharma to divert Mansukh from the road.

The NIA has charged ten people, including Wajhe and Sharma, in both these cases.

The 10,000-page chargesheet filed by the NIA states that on March 3, 2021, accused Sachin Waze met Pradeep Sharma in the evening at PS Foundation Office, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

He handed over a bag of rexine containing 500 K. There were several bundles of notes. The evidence gathered during the investigation confirms this.

It also emerged from the chargesheet that when Waze came to know that the investigation of the Antilia incident was being handed over to someone else, he pressurized Mansukh Hiren to take responsibility for the crime.

He also told Mansukh that he would get bail immediately in this case. But Mansukh turned down the offer. In this case, Mansukh was the only person who knew about the entire conspiracy.

According to the chargesheet, when Waze felt that Mansukh could prove to be a weak link and opened his mouth to the investigators, he hatched a plan to get him out of the way.

The chargesheet states that during investigation it was found that Waze and Sharma conspired with others to eliminate Hiren. Sharma was entrusted with the task of locating Hiren.

It is noteworthy that on February 25, a vehicle laden with explosives was found near Antilia, the house of industrialist Mukesh Ambani.

Later Mansukh Hiren, the owner of this vehicle, was killed. His body was found in the sea bay in Thane district limits.

Waze was arrested by the NIA in March in the Antilia scandal. He is the main accused in this case. After being named in the murder of Mansukh.

He was shifted from the Crime Intelligence Unit to the Civil Facilitation Center at the Mumbai Police Headquarters and was later dismissed from service in May 2021.

Nita Ambani had canceled her Gujarat visit.

At the same time, according to the news agency, Nita Ambani, wife of industrialist Mukesh Ambani, had canceled her trip to Gujarat after a vehicle laden with explosives was found outside Antilia.

The security chief of Antilia gave this information to the NIA.

At the same time, another security guard working near Antilia told the NIA that the incident changed the atmosphere in the area and people were very scared.

The NIA has also said in its charge sheet that Sachin Waze had told his official driver on the day of the incident that it was a covert operation (to park the vehicle).

In his statement to the NIA, Antilia’s security chief said that after receiving the vehicle with explosives and a threatening letter, he immediately informed the matter to Mukesh Ambani.

On that day Nita Ambani was to go on a visit to Jamnagar in Gujarat but the trip was canceled on the advice of the Zonal DCP.

The security chief said he was receiving threats from various quarters, but all were related to the farmers’ protest that began in October 2020.
