Vivek Doval accepted Jairam Ramesh’s apology – Defamation case against Caravan magazine to continue.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh had apologized to Vivek Doval, son of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, which has been accepted.

On Saturday, Jairam Ramesh apologized to Vivek Doval during the hearing of the case in Delhi court. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sachin Gupta was hearing the case.

Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said, ‘I made a statement against Vivek Doval. During the elections, I made many allegations in anger. I should have verified it. ‘

Explain that this case is of criminal defamation. Vivek Doval had filed a defamation suit against Congress leader Jairam Ramesh and Caravan magazine for statements and articles.

Vivek Doval said, ‘Jairam Ramesh has apologized and we have accepted it. The criminal defamation case against Caravan magazine will continue.

Actually, Vivek Doval filed a criminal defamation complaint against a Caravan magazine for publishing a defamatory article.

A web magazine called ‘The Caravan’ had made serious allegations against Ajit Doval and his family, saying that Ajit Doval’s son Vivek Doval runs a hedge fund in the Cayman Islands.

This hedge fund was registered in 2016, just 13 days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced demonetization. This business Vivek is associated with the business of his brother Shaurya Doval.

Caravan stated in its article on 16 January 2019 that 13 days after the November 2016 demonetisation.

Vivek Doval established a company in the tax haven Cayman Islands and the company invested 83 hundred crores in FDI in India.

It was only after this article was published that Jairam Ramesh held a press conference on 17 January and made many allegations and raised many questions on the Doval family.

He had alleged that Ajit Doval had been against the tax haven from the beginning and advocated action against him but his son set up the company in the tax haven 13 days after the demonetization.
