Tragedy in Balochistan: 52 Lives Lost in Bomb Blast Near Mosque During Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday Celebration

About 52 people have died in a suicide attack near a mosque in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. According to media reports, 50 people have been injured in this attack.

It is known that this accident took place when people had gathered for a rally to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad.

According to local news reports, the explosion occurred near Madina Mosque in Mastung district.

Mastung Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nawaz Gashkori was also among the dead. He was on duty for a rally during the attack.

According to the news agency, people were gathering to celebrate Eid Miladun Nabi, the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, when the explosion occurred.

City Station House Officer (SHO) Mohammad Javed Lehri said it was a suicide blast and the attacker blew himself up next to the DSP’s car.

Lehri said that the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
